Outlook 2003 Calendar not syncing with BES Server

None of the calendar items from my BB users are syncing up to my BES server.

They cannot accept appointments and any new calendar objects are not be sent up to my Exchange server.

I've checked the Cdo.dll and mapi.dll on both my BES and Exchange server. They are both in sync and have been registered.

Is there something else that I'm missing ?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Exch server version? BES version?

 

Calendar fails to sync both ways, from device to outlook and vice versa?

Does BB service account has permissions set on exch server as per http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/kb02276 ?

All Blackberry services account are logged as BB service account (except attachment service)?

BB service account is member of Domain USers only?
