Pictures won't show up when I connect my phone to the computer.

My phone says that my pictures are being saved to the Media Card pictures folder, but when I connect my blackberry storm to the computer and click on Media Card, only documents & music folders appear. Pictures are no where to be seen on any folder dealing with my Blackberry and therefore I cannot upload them to my computer. Please help!

Re: Pictures won't show up when I connect my phone to the computer.

Unplug your BB from the USB, and then, On your BB > Options > Memory > Mass Storage Mode = ON , and Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode, etc = Yes.

Now, reconnect and see if you see a pictures folder.

Re: Pictures won't show up when I connect my phone to the computer.

All of those were already turned on. I turned them off and then back on again to see if it would make a difference, but it didn't. I still can't find my pictures folder when I connect it to the computer.  Any more advice? smile

Re: Pictures won't show up when I connect my phone to the computer.

on Windows Explorer, you should have two distinct drives for your device :
- one is for the internal memory (aka device memory),
- the other is for the smartcard memory (aka Media memory).

your pictures can be in either part of the memory.

using your BlackBerry, can you see in which part exactly your pictures are ?

My pictures are being saved to /Media Card/Blackberry/pictures, but my pictures file/folder is not showing up on either of the two drives.

Re: Pictures won't show up when I connect my phone to the computer.

there is one drive that contains a folder called "Home".
on the other drive, from your PC, can you list all folders and subfolders ? It will help us understand what is going on.
