Problems activating a BlackBerry device in BES

Hi.
I installed Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1.4.17 (the free - 1 license Express version) for Microsoft Exchange and I added one user.
Now I'm trying to activate the user's BlackBerry device, but I'm having some probelms.
The user received the activation password, he made the activation process on his BlackBerry device specifying that password and his corporate e-mail address, he correctly received the activation e-mail message with the .dat attached file (he didn't move or delete that message!) and it seems BES to correctly receive that message, but the user is still after some hours in the "Initializing" status in the BlackBerry Manager.

I uninstalled the Blackberry Desktop Manager from the user's client and I ran the dbclean.exe utility, but I didn't solve the problem.

Did he take a phone call or anything? Have the user cancel the activation and start it again, this time just set it to "abc" on the server and give it to the user if you want, easier then trying to type in that auto generated password. If that doesn't work it sounds like you might have to do a resetfolders in outlook.
