Problems with BES receiving Emails

Hello,

 

Im hoping somebody can help me, Ive not been able to receive emails on my Blackberry for the last 24 hours. We have a server at home, which runs Exchange Server and have BES. Everything was working fine until 24 hours ago, then I could not receive emails, except my hotmail ones. I can send and it updates fine within Outlook, I checked earlier today in the log files and there was some kind of java problem, and a page cannot be displayed within the blackberry admin service. This has since corrected itself and reports no errors. Also, I can receive emails through outlook exchange and send without any problems

 

I have resent the service books, but still I can only send email and not receive. Does anybody have any advice, or know if there are any known network issues?

OK, Ive found a few errors in event viewer now. Hopefully somebody can tell me what to do with these, as its failing authentication somewhere.

 

[DEVICE_SESSION:2946C763:0x003FF550] Service authentication verify failed. Error: 1 Service: S19807524

 

[DEVICE_SESSION:2946C763:0x00AE61E0] Timer Event. Exceeded service authentication timeout. No authenticated services. Releasing session.

Next time try this as it seems your SRP was not connecting.

 

Start with this.

 

KB02068 - How to troubleshoot SRP connectivity issues



Have you made any perimiter or software firewall changes?

Can you flush your DNS server cache?
Are all your BES services running?
DBNS can be ignored.

What are they being logged on as?

Try stopping these services in this order:

Blackberry Controller
Blackberry Dispatcher
Blackberry Router

Starting the services in this Order:

Blackberry Controller
Blackberry Dispatcher
Blackberry Router
