I try IEMSTest.exe,
I select BlackBerryServer profile, and something strange happened, it open the windows where i have to choose a mailbox. I choose the exchange user call "BESAdmin" i've created. And I have an error : OpenMsgStore() for this profile failed (8004011c).
I try a second time and it works.
I suppose there is a network problem. I'll check my network...

I got something really strange :
I have 2 MAPI profile created : BlackBerry Manager and BlackBerry Server.
These 2 profiles use the same exchange mailbox called BESAdmin.
When I try IEMStest with the BlackBerry Manager profile, the test successfully complet.
When I try IEMStest with the BlackBerry Server profile, the test failed.
It's correct to have the same mailbox in Manager & Server profile ? Should I create a second mailboxe for the server ?

Login as your BES Admin account and stop all BES services.
open regedit and go to:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\BlackBerryServer]
and delete the BlackBerryServer key and all sub-keys.
Close regedit and open BlackBerry Server Configuration and follow the procedures outlined in: KB10285 - How to re-create the BlackBerry Enterprise Server MAPI profile
Once completed attempt and IEMSTest with the BlackBerryServer MAPI profile again.

Done, and the two profile works.
But still no push.
I install BES on an other server. So Wait & see
hmn; ok. did you stop the bes services on the original server? are you using the same srp key / id and same BES server name?
