Q10 not sending emails

My Q10 is tied to my Exchange ActiveSync work email. Periodically, when I send an email, the message just disappears. It does not go to the sent folder and the recipient does not get it. I have verified the settings, and can still send emails normally sometimes.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given your configuration, you need to work with your EAS admins on this. If they need assistance, there is a section of this site dedicated for them to seek help from other admins.

If you are the admin, then please just state so and we'll ask our good mods to move this to the proper location.
