Remotely Assign A Replacement Device

Hi. We have Blackberry Manager and one of our user's blackberry 'died' and a replacement bought.  The user is abroad currently and therefore I need to remotely assign the device if possible so that the user is again linked to our Exchange.  What steps do I need to follow to do this.  I have very little Blackberry Manager experience so Abc would be appreciated!!

Assuming you are on BES 4.x

 

right click user and assing activation password and enter in a 4 char password

tell user to go to enterprise activation and enter in email and password

then click on activate
