Set up 2 new phones, can receive emails, but can not send them.

Set up 2 new Blackberry Curvres with Sprint.  They are telling me everything is OK on their end.  Both phones have completed their enterprise activation.  They are able to receive emails but when they send an email it does not go through.  It has a red X next to the message.  They are able to send text messages.

If this is an Enterprise Activation related use then this is not the right board to your message. 

 

Did you consult with your BES admin? Try re-registering the device from Host Routing Table
