incoming e-mails from enterprise server not hitting device - but everything else showing up.

I have a Blackberry Curve 8330. Since last week I have not been receiving incoming e-mails. I can make calls, send e-mails, access the browser. When I send an e-mail from my computer, it shows up on my Blackberry as a sent message. Have been working with my support folks but not getting anywhere. Any ideas? I appreciate any help you all can provide

Additional information: I have removed the battery to reset and also wiped the device. Nothing changed.

You might need to have your Service Books resent...

What mail server and version?

What BES and version?
