In all my years I've never seen this before. Our user has a new Blackberry Bold 9900 and at the office we use a BES, Exchange 2010, and Outlook 2007. A client forwarded an emai to the user with a Word .doc attachment. The attachment is missing from the email in the user's OUtlook inbox; however, the same email on the user's Blackberry does include the attachment. The user is not able to forward the email from the Blackberry and keep the attachment. When he forwards from the Blackberry the attachment disappears instead of follows.
How in the world is the email's attachment appearing on the Blackberry but not in his Outlook? I don't even know where to start to correct this.
