I'm trying to add new Blackberry User though BAS API with the PIM Memo/Address configuration. I know that using the BASUserAdminClient it's possible, so I think it would be possible to do the same using the web services.
Currently user PIM control through BWS is limited to controlling wireless sync and conflict resolution, server specification is not yet supported for where to retrieve data.
