BES 5.0.3 & Exchange 2010 SP1 /Hosted Mode

Hello all,

I am trying to configure BES 5.0.3 to work with Exchange 2010 SP1 in Hosting Mode.

I did the following steps:

1. Installed BES as mentioned in the install guide

2. Configured LDAP Lookup and Hosted Environment (as in http://kb.parallels.com/3013, but no LDAPCompanyField)

3. Granted BESAdmin Read rights to all Customer OUs and Users

4. LDAP Query returns result with (mail=bbtest@test.com*) on Domain with BESAdmin User

Then I tried this:

1. Added user directly with SMTP Address to company directory - Failed with error: AddAddressLookupEntry failed for SMTP Address - bbtest@test.com

2. Updated Company Directory - adding user works successfully

When calling the BAAS API (AddMailstoreUserFromAD) ading user even does not work when the user is in the company directory.

I followed all the hints in this post without success:

http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Enterprise-Server/Support-for-Exchange-2010-SP1-Ho...

Do you have any hints for that one? Can I refresh the company directory via API (seems it wasn't supported in 5.0.1)?

Thanks

Tobias
