Hi
I've noticed lot of problems with connectivity between BES 5.0.3 and Exchange server 2010 SP1. Event log contains following events:
Event ID: 20400; DescriptionMAPIMailbox::MAPIMailbox - OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d) failed
Also sometimes Messaging Agent fails and can't be started. MAGT log then contains something like that:
[30054] (02/20 20:09:57.439):{0x1248} Starting Message System
[30055] (02/20 20:09:57.439):{0x1248} Using MAPI profile srv_besadmin

Stopping and then starting all BB services fixes the problem for some time.
I have found out 3 most common causes of such behavior:
1. Throttling policy
2. Absence of public folder and published in PF OAB
3. Encryption of MAPI traffic.
I checked all these possibilities - not my case. Throttling policy is created separately for BES and RCAMaxConcurrency is $null. OAB is published in public folders. MAPI traffic is not encrypted.
The problem isn't permanent so I guess it's not caused by some wrong configuration. What else can I check?
