Hello,
We have BES 5.0 using Exchange 2007. We have a BETA OS 5 (348) on a BB Bold 9000.
I've setup a public contacts folder with BESADMIN as OWNER and have assigned it in BAS to my BB 9000 and I can see the contacts on the hand held. Updates on the server flow to the BB hand held but edits on the hand held do not sync to the exchange public contacts folder. What am I missing?
Why can't an edit on the hand held to an existing contact flow back to exchange...
In BB Device, go Contacts, click BB Menu button, selct Options, scroll down to Desktop, click once. Make sure the Wireless Synchronisation is set to ON. If this is already set, turn it OFF, wait about 5 Min and turn it again ON. I hope ti helps.
In reply I've checked and can confirm the BB is set as you requsted.
Do anyone know if BES 5.0 can allow you to edit public contacts 2 way (both server to BB and BB to server) as I'm finding Blacbery support impossible to answer this question.
