BES DB Query

I'm new to Blackberry Development.  I was wondering if there was a way I could query the Active Directory username associated with the Exchange account and Blackberry device.  I'd like to query the AD username so I can send that information to an internal web service to collect information that is specific to that user using MDS.  Is there a way I can get that information locally?  Is there anyway I can query BES for that information?

Any ideas Blackberry gurus?  Please keep in mind that I'm new to this so I apologize in advance.  Please have patience (and mercy) for me.

Re: BES DB Query

There isn't a way to configure the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to send the AD username directly, but you can set it up to send the user's email address and/or BlackBerry PIN.  This may get you close to what you are looking for.

Refer to the second half of this document for details.
