BES Delivered applications and icon

We have just started looking into delivering appliations to our BB handhelds via our BES.  So, to start off easy, I downloaded the Google Maps and Google Apps to try and practice on.  I walked through the steps in the Admin guide and successfully got the apps to distribute to the phone.  However, I have no icon to open them with.  Any ideas?

I figured out my own issue.  The "Downloads" folder on the desktop of the phone was hidden and the icons were being put in there.
