BESx server crashed

We have an existing BESX 5.0.1 server that we're losing hard drive on (SMART errors and crashes) and unfortunately I didn't used RAID5 on the drives, only RAID0 so I need to rebuild from scratch when I replace a drive.  Is there any way to save user information, configurations, etc. before I wipe it all out when I replace one of the hard drives?

If I can't save anything, how do I move users over to the "replacement" server...which will be the same physical server, but rebuilt from sratch.

Any KB articles that I should be reading?

Thanks!!!!!

Re: BESx server crashed

backup the SQL database STAT!

with out this you will most likely have to wipe devices to activate again on a new BES
