BlackBerry Expert Support Center

I need to register for BlackBerry Expert Support Center for the company that I have just started working for but when I try its says it has been registered before and wont let me re-register.

I have spoken to the rest of the IT team and this was setup by someone else who has left the company and we don't know what email address he set up.


Any suggestions ?
