You are going to have to reactivate your BlackBerry smartphone. You can do this from the console under 'Mobile First Aid.' If you need additional instructions, please see the Help section on the console.

There are a couple of other options available to you.
1) You can check to make sure that the Message Service is set to Unite on the BlackBerry smartphone for your calendar.
2) Contacts only synchronize one way from BlackBerry Unite! to the smartphone unless you share the contact from the smartphone.
3) If both Calendar and Contacts options do not work, your best route of support would be to contact your wireless service provider for support.
If your wireless service provider does not support 4.5 handheld software, you will need to downgrade the handheld software to a supported version and proceeding from that point.
