Hi Everyone!
I have having problem in activating blackberry user after i deactivate it. I am using Blackberry Admin services API and BES 5.0.2. When I call the statement
createUserResponse createUserResponse = coreWebService.createUser(createUserRequest);
It gives the error enum type CreateUserReturnStatusEnumType.COULD_NOT_ENABLE_BLACKBERRY_USERSUCCESS
and Error Message is 'enableBlackBerryUserLocal user is deleted - recover user before adding'.
I have tried restarting BES Server and BES Services as well but no gain.
I am using
OS: Window Server 2003 SP2
BES: 5.0.2
Mail Server: MS Exchange 2007
BES and Mail Server are not on same computer.
Any of your help would be appreciated!
