Cannot activate my Curve 8900 to the BES

Hi. I still cannost connect my Curve 8900 to the BES (Professional Software). The email adress is OK, the password is OK.

 

Here is a short piece from my MAGT log file. Please, can anybody help my, where is the problem?

-does iemstest pass?

-activaton email hitting users INBOX? 

-remove the user from BPS,wipe the device and re-activate

- yes, it is the first user

- the iemstest pass successfull

- the email hitts the inbox of the user

- i have removed the user more times and reactivated him againn and wiped the device, but nothing helps; i have also reinstalled the BPS more times.

 

If the activating process runs (but still  stayin in the activating possition), I break it after about 5 minutes because of notning happens.

 

Really very strange.

... following strange thing: the activating email comes only sometimes in my mailbox; i try to do the activation more times bacause of it failes, sometimes i receive the activation email, sometimes not

The problem was in the T-Mobile plan. Their "stupid" people on the desk activated for me only a BIS data plan and not the BES one. That was the reason why the device was not able to send its PIN to the BES and not to be Enterprise activated. Take a look at the data plan you have by your provider if going to BES!!
