Hi and welcome to the forums!

The ECL application will require some development experience to implement in your environment. The issue being faced is general relating to Push reception in OS 7 devices so the support document also needs to be general.

If you would like to try implementing the fix or could get support from someone with development experience then I would be happy to assist.

I do currently have it deployed in my environment and have done some dev just not alot I really don't care for it but I do have a dev team that can assist.  I did start experiencing this when I update to the 9930. If you know when the permanent fix is coming then I could always skip the workaround.
