Re: Emergency Contact List

Applications are forwards-compatible. So yes, it should work with the 9930.

Re: Emergency Contact List

ok so i have the following issue. the app installed fine, however when pushing out the content, it says that it pushed successfully but it never gets to the device.

I tried pushing it using the Blackberry Pin and e-mail address but none were successful

I am currently connected to a BES (5.0.3.31)

Re: Emergency Contact List

What type of data are you pushing? Browser Channel or Application push?

What device model and OS version are you using?

Did you make a web request (browse) from the device prior to sending the push?

Re: Emergency Contact List

Could you verify that it is application push? If so, do you have the client application installed to the device? What level of reliability are you using to send the push? And, from my last post, did you make a web request (browse) from the device prior to sending the push?

Re: Emergency Contact List

What level of reliability is being used?
Did you make a web request (browse) from the device prior to sending the push?
Which port is being used on the device to listen for the push?
