Hi all,

I haven't been able to find this answer through search or from any documentation at my disposal.

In BES 4.1 we were able to customize our view so that we may see the firmware version on our devices and target those users for upgrades.  I realize we don't have the same view capabilities in 5.0 but it looks as if even the user detail screens do not provide device firmware info.

Questions:

- Is there a list view that will provide device firmware information?

- If not, is there a detail screen where this information is stored?

Log into BAS

Manage Users

Search (all)

Click user (with a device PIN)

Click PIN

Now you can see the details of that handset...

That's good in a situation where I'm working with a single user.  Thanks for that.

So I'm guessing there is no view where I can see a list of all the firmware in our organization in cases where I want to know who is out of date.  I guess I can export asset data but I'm not even sure if I can do that for all users.

Why does it feel like we've taken a huge step backward with this release?  Sorry, just griping.
