I am relatively new to BPS and BB's in general. I have deployed a few BPS instances for single devices. But I have a client who made some changes to their data plans on a couple of their windows devices, and the rep of course made the change to the blackberry. Anyways, we made the change back today and things are working again, but is there a way to sync the items during the outage. For instance calendar items that are now missing. I see this is a weird request as the items are in the past, but the client is asking and a bit picky.

If the user's handheld software is version 4.2 or higher, the calendar can be re-synchronized from the handheld by following the steps in this article:
A similar procedure can be followed for the address book if the handheld software is version 4.5 or higher.
What other itmes are missing?
