Hello,
Ive enabled the policy settings to log SMS and BBM messages and restarted the sync service. It seems to be a bit flakey, can someone confirm exactly how this works and the log gets updated? I have some messages from the weekend but it seems to be a bit hit and miss. Also does it write to one log file or does it start to create new ones etc.

one log file per day for SMS, and BBM.
users out of coverage will be delayed in sending in the data.

we dont appear to be getting one log file a day, its more like one log file in total since enabling last week.
most of our users are in the office so I would expect coverage and also at home and travelling around london.
any ideas on what to check?
