Moving from Notes to Exchange - Steps to Activate phones



We migrated from notes to Outlook

Turned off old Notes BES

Backed up users phones (quick, no email messages since we are changing platforms)

Wiped Phones

Activated phone on New BES

Restored data.


Most users have contact's and calendar being synched, But some users dont , should I be restoring the data before activating their phones?


Or should I do a restore prior to activating no matter what

If moving the calenadar and contacts over to the new mail system, those items will sync over after activation.
