Do someone knows how to fix the problem on opening PDF attachment on blackberry device with version 5 service maintenance 2. All the users have problem opening this type of extension. They receive an error message saying unable to open the file type.

On the server there are issue and with conversion application everything works fine.

Have you restarted the attachment service?

Any errors in the logs?

are image attachments working?  I replied to another thread because I am having serious issues with most attachments since moving to BES 5.0 MR2 on Server 2008.
