Is the fact that services are not found an issue? How can I fix? This is an active server servicing 21 users.

Are you trying to login using AD authentication?
I had a similar issue when trying to loin using AD auth.
I had to set 'Use DES encryption types for this account' on the properties of the BESAdmin account in AD.
Fire up Active Directory Users and Computers -> Find the bes admin account and get the properties up -> Select the account tab and then tick 'Use DES encryption types for this account'.
Let me know if this is what your after or am I barking up the wrong tree :-)

Looking at the logs, I still see the following errors... this, even though I have now reloaded the software twice since initial upgrade. How do i load it so it sees this, or, where do I modify whatever needs to be modified?
