We installed the latest BPS here in our server, SBS2003. We have 2 devices being synced, BB Curve 8330 on Verizon. If we add an email account like GMail, there is a separate email icon for every account, but there isn't one for the BPS account, it's accessible only through the Messages icon.
KB15003 gives a solution to add it to BES, but it doesn't work with BPS.
Any hope on this issue?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
I'm 99% certain that someone posted in this forum what you are looking for. Do a search through this forum for "separate icon" (or something similar) and see if the answer is already posted here.
Hope that helps!

Yeah I did quite some searching already, I was hoping there was something I was missing out, but seems like there is nothing.
For someone using BPS there's 2 options:
1) Use the Empower little $20 app
2) Use a saved search to facilitate viewing under the Messages box
Looks like I'll be using the saved search option, I don't feel like handing out $20 for an app that'll do the same.
I hope RIM thinks of this issue when releasing the next version of BPS...

That's too bad...I could swear that I'd seen someone post a way to do it in this BPS forum...a way that worked under BPS. But I can't find it either, so my memory must be faulty...I wonder if RIM has an upgrade path to help me with that?

This is not possible with BPS; version 4.1 SP5 is required and BPS is based off of BES 4.1 SP4.
