Sub mailboxes not accessable on phones

Hi everyone, we have a newly installed professional server running on Win2k3 SBS syncing with exchange 2003. On the devices the users see mailboxes that are under the root inbox but they can't access them, nothing happens when they click on them. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be or articles I can look at?

Re: Sub mailboxes not accessable on phones

You need to enable folder redirection.  By default all folders are NOT enabled.  This can be done from either the HH or the server.

KB04297 - Turn on Folder Redirection for the subfolders that receive new email messages

Re: Sub mailboxes not accessable on phones

I have 6 separate e-mails from 6 different domains set up on my 8700 device.  For some reason, I am only getting 4 separate e-mail boxes on my device.  None of these have a Blackberry enterprise server.  Please help me figure out how to get the other 2 email folders on my device so I can properly separate my messages.

I have reviewed some other posts about using Options/General Options and using Separate or Combined choice for Email or SMS, but these choices don't even come up when I do this.

Re: Sub mailboxes not accessable on phones

This has NOTHING to do with what this original message topic is regarding.

You should post this in a new topic.
