Synchronization Server SDK - writing a connector

Hi,

I want to develop a connector for BES that each time it receives an email it modifies its contents. Is there any information on how to approach this?

I also would like to use MDS simulator with the Device simulator to test the connector during the development phase, it's possible to do it? I read the SynchronizationServerSDK guide but it does not provide enough information.

Thanks in advance

Re: Synchronization Server SDK - writing a connector

Hi there!

FYI -- you've posted this to the Desktop Software forum...not typically for BES development questions. But, don't double-post, we will have this moved momentarily to the correct place:

That way, the right experts will have the best visibility.

Good luck!

Re: Synchronization Server SDK - writing a connector

What you describe would not be supported.  However, you could create an application that resides on the BlackBerry Smartphone that listens for incoming email messages and modifies them when they arrive on the device.
