Transporter and Domino credentials

Hi,

I try to migrate our BESx 5.0.3 on windows 2003 R2 to a new server 2012 R2 with BESx 5.0.4.

I have configured the transporter application but when i launch a preview i have the following popup message :

And i don't know which Domino ID should i provide. I test different ID but nothing works.

Here is what i have in the console view :

I found a lot of topics with the similar issue on Google but no one resolve mine.

If you have any advice...

Thank you.

Re: Transporter and Domino credentials

the credentials must be what SQL is using and also SQL must be set to allow remote connections with TCPIP and named pipes enabled

Re: Transporter and Domino credentials

I don't really understand why you talk about SQL on the Domino credentials windows ? I'm not sure that Domino is using SQL...?

Regarding remote connections here is the parameter on the new server, i think it's ok ?

Re: Transporter and Domino credentials

The Service account for BES should have SQL permissions to access the database

Re: Transporter and Domino credentials

On both servers, BES services are launch with the same account : besadmin

On the destination server, i add the service account (besadmin) in all SQL local groups.

Is there something i'm missing ?

Re: Transporter and Domino credentials

I'm pretty sure that the issue is not on SQL configuration because on the transporter configuration everything seems ok :

Re: Transporter and Domino credentials

Hi and thank you for your support.

Maybe i miss something on the new server because i don't have a BlackBerryProfiles.nsf.

The file is present on the old one. Should i do something to create it on the new server ?
