Warning in windows event log - MAPIMailbox::DeleteRIMProperties (event ID: 20265)

I see several of these event IDs for one of my users accounts. I have no idea what they are and cannot find anything online that can help resolve these issues. Anyone have similar issues and know how to get this fixed?

{xyz@xyz.com} MAPIMailbox:eleteRIMProperties - OpenMessage (0x00000000) failed

EDIT - I am running BES 5.0.3 MR5 on a Windows 2008 x64 box. We have exchange 2007 & 2010 servers.
