Web Access for BB Administrator and web desktop manager

[ Edited ]

I was finally able to get BESX to work, but I cannot get the Web Administrator nor the web desktop manager to work.  I have port 3443 open, but when I ever I try access, it says file error, the page cannot be found.  I use the following link: https://xxx.website.com:3443/webconsole/app

Is there a port I am missing?

Thank you in advance.

Re: Web Access for BB Administrator and web desktop manager

My BES Express came up as 3443, maybe due to the server already having another site hosted on 443.

Enable debug logging in the configuration tool and check the logs.

Re: Web Access for BB Administrator and web desktop manager

I going to post that I'm trying to make my internal server available through an external NAT policy through my WAN IP address.  I think the original poster has been misunderstood.  I am trying to make https://servername.domain.local:3443 available externally at https://hostname.domain.com:3443, but I can't seem to find where to allow this.  I have tried accessing the https://hostname.domain.com:3443 directly from the console of the server but it seems that the web server that is hosting this site is not responding because of host headers or something.  DNS is set up so I know it's not DNS and it's not the firewall because this request times out directly on the server itself.

Does anyone have any pointers here?
