on the blackberry server express 5.03 --> manage users -- > Associated device properties--> i don't seed my number phone why ?

this happen now and again, turn off wireless sync from BAS and turn back on in 5 min.

or sometimes you have to activaate it again.

if your device dont know the number then BES will not either.

Hi David,

Knocky means that is not an issue. If your phone operator did not provided the number on their sim card, the information will not appear in BES console :-D

You or your idées will have to set the information via sim card properties menu on devices.

Dépendent of your device model David...
Go to sim card menu and then you can set by yourself its phone number.
What is your device model ?
