We recently moved over to the BES 10.1.2 environment. After some testing this week, I was able to get Android and iOS devices enrolled and active on UDS.
The initial step before the app download is to get the certificate at https://ca.bbsecure.com/Sxxxxxxx/ca
This worked fine up until this morning where all of a sudden, I get a "404 not found" when I navigate to this address. Nothing has changed on the back end and I'm wondering if this might be a certificate issue.
Where would I begin to troubleshoot something like this? The only adjustment to certificates has been the APNS cert for iOS devices done about 2 days before this problem showed up.
