Accessing Email through BES 10 mgr

Getting the error  in my testing env where i am trying to access a user mailbox from bes client activated device

Couldn't finish

"Couldn't connect to server "

 

Done the following steps :-

1.)Created  a user mailbox on exchange server

2.) Added the same to UDS web console

3.) Done smtp ,active sync ,work spae,work space it rpfile settings .

4.) Activeted the device by BES 10 client

5.)Installed the subsequent apps for which it prompted .(Manage work spae,secure work space ,Document to go).

6.) selected secure work space for three optiones that prompted after installing BES10 MGR

7.) Now when i try for Email settings in Secure Work space ,getting error  invalid username or password .

After that i removed my gmail account from device.

Now getting the following error

"Couldn't connect to server "

 

8.) what step i am missing ?

9.)I was able to connect directly to mail client by touch down .
