Activation email not being sent.

Hello All

 

I have installed BES 5.0.3 with Exchange server 2007 but the Activation email not being sent.

EA email not sent to users email box from BES or the ept.dat file not making it to Exchange?

There is no email sent by the BES.

Are all your BES Services running?

 

can you do a test on teh user please

 

 


run this test on the affected user while logged in as BESAdmin.
