Please help me out here.
We have just installed a BES server and connected it successfully to our Exchange server.
I have just created a user account for myself, tried to configure the account on my BB but it hangs on "connecting to server", an activation email gets delivered to my exchange account with the ept.dat attachment however, this email does not leave the inbox.
BES is activated with my service provider, only thing I can think of is that there is something on the control panel that I'm missing, perhaps permissions....
Is anyone able to shed some light on this?
