Activation problem after upgrading to BES 10.1

Hi Guys,

 

Would like to ask for you help.


Seems after upgrading to BES 10.1, I am now unable to activate users in BES (existing users does not have any problems sending/receiving)

1. I checked the logs and there is an entry 'Unable to connect to ph.bbsecure.com,port=3101'
- Do we need to open this aside from ph.srp.blackberry.com and license.blackberry.com?
2. I could also telnet license.blackberry.com using 443 but getting an error when using bbsrptest.exe

- failed: connection reset

Are there any additional ports needed to be open for BES 10.1?

Error on device is 'Server can't be contacted'

for anyone who wil encounter this.

 

check port of EMWS if there's conflict. change if necesary
