How do you set the sync time frame on the server to no limit. I am using Hotmail

On the server to "No Limit" like how? Where on the BB z10?

Again, you cannot set this on the device, but on the BlackBerry Device Service (if you are connected to one).

What do you mean by setting the sync time frame on the server to no limit, the setting that we are talking about is the phone itself, the exchange server or hotmail or Gmail don't set the limit on how much you can sync. Unless you know something that I don't.

Again: This post is in BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 forums, I thought you speak of a device which is connected to a BlackBerry Device Service/BDS (where you configure the time frame!) not ofg a device connected to a personal account. It is currently not possible to increase the sync time frame for not BDS activated accounts.

I have done that on the BDS 6.2, but the device still only syncs 30 days of corporate mail.

Oliwer, can you confirm that you can sync more than 30 days with the "No limit" setting? This does not work for us.

Blackberry has just published a KB about this: It is only 30 days, no matter if via BES10 or directly:

Workaround not acceptable. The retention of 30 days is not enough for business users and remote search is slow and ineffective.

Good functions with BES5 have been left behind - the BB10 is no longer a business solution as the BES5. Is now like any other andoid, windows or Apple device -  a consumer item.

I supported Blackberry because it was great but not anymore and there is nothing to keep me with them - I would be  better off with a windows phone instead,
