You can set the Sync Timeframe on the server to "No Limit"
I have done that on the BDS 6.2, but the device still only syncs 30 days of corporate mail.
Oliwer, can you confirm that you can sync more than 30 days with the "No limit" setting? This does not work for us.

Workaround not acceptable. The retention of 30 days is not enough for business users and remote search is slow and ineffective.
Good functions with BES5 have been left behind - the BB10 is no longer a business solution as the BES5. Is now like any other andoid, windows or Apple device - a consumer item.
I supported Blackberry because it was great but not anymore and there is nothing to keep me with them - I would be better off with a windows phone instead,
Its a shame
