Activesync feature SmartForward / SmartReply not supported/working?

We are using Z10s activated on BES10 (BDS 6.2) connected to Exchange 2007.

Is it possible, that BES10 supports Active Sync SmartForward / SmartReply, so that mail attachements reside on the server while mails get forwarded?

Right now every attachment gets automatically downloaded first while forwarding a mail, which increases data traffic like hell. And when using the device in roaming mode this causes a serious impact in increasing costs and is a disadvantage to the old attachement service in BES5 for us.
