We upgraded our 3 Blackberry servers from 4 on 184.108.40.206. They run in Lotus Domino environment.
After the upgrade we are experiencing that many times the server lost some users’ address book setting. The “Address book -> Location – server” field is becoming empty or is filled with wrong server name. It is happening randomly. We’ve built a test environment but we’ve could not reproduce the described problem. It exists only in the living environment.
Does somebody have any idea why this is happening and what is the solution?

Usually you have to do some maint. try this and see if it helps.

all domino running same version?
have you contacted Domino support? it might be their issue.

IBM has not been contacted yet. But it is a good idea.
We have 2 Domino 6.5 in our environment.
Yes, you're right. perhaps it may the problem. We'll check it.

Blackberry Enterprise Server compatibility chart
shows Limited Support for 6.5, not sure which users are affected but if they are on 6.5 it might be an issue
