I can't resolve the issue of log on on APP world with blackberry. If we use wireless home connection for example I can log in in APP WORLD and download application. If I use provider connection with BES configured under Proxy I can't access. How can I solve?

It usually helps to describe a bit more "can't"...what exact error do you get? And provider being corporate BES? Maybe they filter internet traffic and app world got killed in action?

We use an Enterprise BES for all blackberry users. Our BES is set to use our Proxy. With this setting users can't log on on APP WORLD with blackberry devices. Bes version 5.0.2 MR2 Bundle 96. The error is: "

• BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again.

"

Can you open app world webpage from IE on the BES?

Yes i Can open wbpage http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/ from BES

Yes, I try this solution but nothing.  If I use for example my blackberry with my Wireless home ADSL connection I can authenticate on App World.

AndI assumed tha tyou can browse internet through BES at the time you try to connect to app world,right? Can anybody else do that while in the office? Check the MDS log and see what is going on.

The MDS logs are empty only 1KB...
