i updated yesterday the whole server farm. But i can not activate my BlackBerry 10. I have two servers one with BES 5.0.4 and one with BDS, UDS, BMS. All devices (iPhones, old BlackBerry's) work fine exept BB10. When i try to to activate i get allways the error msg:
The server couldn't be contacted. Echeck that you are connected to a network and that the server address is correct.
I connected the BB via my Provider as well through Wlan. From BlackBerry Expert Support Center i checked the connection to my server and to my device. Both were ok.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

The Server is able to register with the bb infrastructure. As well the srp test tool works fine. For the activation i tried both (with mail and pass and with mail, pass, serveraddress) But without success

We use exchange 2007. I allready configured the smtp and assigned a email profile. I tested with "generate an activation email" and this worked.

Btw. is it correct, that i do not have a router service as i have at the 5.0.4 server? Could it be that this is within the dispatcher?

No worries. Thank you anyway. But whats a bit strange, if i have again a look in to the experts center i can see the follwoing:

Error encountered during previous activation:
The BlackBerry Device Service was unable to contact the activation server.
Do you probably know what they mean with "activation server"?
