BDS 10.1 - UDS Devices doesn't sync.

We have a BES 10.1 Server installed. The Blackberry Devices are working fine. But we have an iPhone activated (activation process works) wich doesnt sync with the Mail Server.

The iPhone is activated an an active sync profile is linked to the user.

Please Help!

Re: BDS 10.1 - UDS Devices doesn't sync.

For iOS and Android the ActiveSync server needs to be accessible from outside the organisation and you have to provision the external dns name of the ActiveSync server in the mail profile.

A container/sandbox will be released shortly that can utilize the BES to connect to the mailserver with an internal connection

Re: BDS 10.1 - UDS Devices doesn't sync.

Hm, does this mean we need SWS (Secure Workspace) for tunneling?

In all Blackberry documentations there is not mentioned that we NEED SWS for tunneling EAS to the Exchange.

What does this mean exactly? Does it meen that we have to purchase additional SWS Licences for tunneling?
