BES 10.2 Universal Device Serivice password issue

When I try to log into the Universal Device Service page I get the error "The username or password is not correct. Please try again."

I've tried different variations.

I'm able to log into our BlackBerry Device Service and the Studio Management sites.

What do I need to edit or change to be able to log into the Universal Device Service page so that I can set it up?
