Hi, My 60 day Evaluation license has expired. I upgraded and applied a set of CALS. CALS were installed successfully. Server still reports it is in expired eval mode and Device service won't start. Downloaded another serial # and license key. Same result. Please help

Hi and thanks for the response,
I removed and re-applied the full CAL license. Rebooted and doubled checked. Shows 'Enterprise' license now. I must not have looked in detail to verify if the license had actually been applied successfully before.
The Device Service still won't start - fails with a 5401 error. Also I reapplied the original SRP ID and key. SRP status stays : unknown .

I re-applied the Device Service bds621mr1 update and now the service starts fine.
Now SRP is connected and service is running.

how did you mange to remove the trial ones....my trial 10.1 cals expired suddenly before they should and had to quickly ad some trade ups....now i cant further activate new device i suspect because of the trial ones that are still on the server along with perpetual
