I have BES Enterprise v5 SP2. I can successfully import new users from AD to the BES, but when I try to activate this users by wireless, the .ept file comes to the user mailbox, but not get removed/taken by BES.
For old users emails works fine, so they able to receive emails on there Blackberry phones with Enterprise mailbox.
bbsrptest is successful.
I'm able to login to new users mailboxes as besadmin, so besadmin does have enough priviligies / users mailbox have appropriate rights added.
Tried to reboot server, it didn't help.
What is second step for troubleshooting this issue? What logs to check? I'm confused that old user succesfully receive email.
